Our Support

JTC Technology has been supporting NSW schools for over 25 years.

We currently provide IT support services to 100 schools across the Sydney metropolitan, Central Coast, Newcastle and Lower Hunter regions, with a mix of NSW Department of Education and Independent schools.

Our Story

JTC Technology began as a small business with a team dedicated to providing outstanding service. After more than 25 years, JTC Technology has now grown to be the largest IT support provider for NSW DoE schools.

We are proud that our growth has been propelled mostly through word of mouth from customers who have experienced our commitment to supporting schools as they provide excellent learning environments for their staff and students.

JTC Technology has now expanded our scope of work to also support government departments and other educational institutions as well as schools. In every capacity that we provide support, our dedication to outstanding service has remained the same as when we began over 25 years ago.

Our Experience

JTC Technology has broad experience with different schools and their wide range of needs. This has equipped JTC Technology with valuable knowledge of the inner workings of schools and has made us experts at identifying what schools individually need from their technology.

We also work extensively with the Department of Education and has established relationships with ITD field staff, who we work with to gain insight into upcoming changes, receive advice on IT issues and expedite department processes.

Our Team

Across our team of over 55 Technicians, JTC Technology possesses skills, knowledge and experience in a wide range of technical areas.

Many of JTC Technology’s senior technical staff started with us in a junior role and over time have progressed into their current positions. This equips them with in-depth experience and extensive knowledge of educational environments and makes them well placed to mentor JTC Technology’s more junior team members.

With our all-staff communication platform, your school will benefit from the sharing of ideas and support across our network of Technicians and managers. Your school will feel well supported with a direct line of communication to an assigned Site Manager who will conduct regular site visits to ensure that the work being completed is meeting your school’s needs and assist with planning and technology decisions.

Our Approach

We know how vital it is for teachers to be able to focus on delivering great education and not be away from the classroom solving IT problems. Our Technicians enable your teachers to prioritise student learning while we focus on supporting your school’s IT needs.
