Our Support

JTC Technology has been supporting schools for over 20 years.

We currently provide IT support to over 90 schools across the Sydney metropolitan, Central Coast and Newcastle areas, with a mix of Department of Education and Independent schools.

Our Experience

We have broad experience working in schools which has provided us with valuable knowledge and insight into how schools work, what they need from their technology and how we can best provide IT support.

We also work extensively with the Department of Education and have established relationships with ITD field staff, regularly working in collaboration with them in the primary and high schools that we support.

Our Team

We have a team of over 60 technical staff, supported by our Manager and Assistant Managers, who provide guidance and mentoring to our IT technicians.

The experience and capabilities of our team range from new technicians who are starting their career in IT, through to university qualified professionals with many years’ experience.

Many of our senior technical staff started with us in a junior role and over time have progressed into their current positions. This provides them with in-depth experience and extensive knowledge of educational environments and makes them well placed to mentor our more junior team members.

Our managers complete remote and on-site reviews and catch-ups with our team of technicians to ensure the work being completed is in line with our extensive set of JTC service delivery standards and meeting the school’s needs.

Our Approach

We know how vital it is for your teachers to focus on delivering great education and not be away from the classroom solving IT problems. Our ICT technicians enable your teachers to prioritise teaching while we focus on supporting your school’s IT needs.

At JTC Technology, our internal management team takes care of supporting and managing our technicians through structured training programs, regular performance reviews, and career development.
