First Level Support

Our First Level Support provide a valuable service for schools who need on-site support to address common, day-to-day technical tasks and issues on a full-time or part-time basis.

First Level Technicians are ideal for schools who require support for tasks such as:

  • Setting up new equipment and reimaging devices

  • Configuring and troubleshooting computers, interactive panels, laptops, iPads, Chromebooks, and printers

  • Providing assistance and training to staff and students in using school software applications

  • Helping staff and students with account, network/connectivity, printing and other general issues encountered day to day

  • Stocktaking and asset management

  • Providing advice and assisting with IT projects

Our First Level Technicians strive to resolve issues logged by staff and help students in a timely manner and aim to be proactive in completing regular maintenance tasks.

If our First Level Technicians ever encounter complex IT issues or need extra support to address an IT issue, they always have direct contact with one of our more senior Technicians for help and advice.

Our Second Level Technician service provides your school with an experienced and capable Technician to plan, configure and maintain IT systems. Second Level Technicians can also support innovative projects to enhance the use of technology in the school.

Second Level Support services include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting server and networking equipment

  • End user assistance with more complex technical issues

  • Planning and implementing IT projects, new technology and initiatives in line with school priorities

  • Providing technical training and professional development to school staff

Our Third Level Technician service provides a Technician with extensive experience who has worked across several schools, enabling them to provide expert technical support and knowledge. Third Level Technicians supply your school with valuable infrastructure improvements and advanced maintenance/management of networks and systems.

Third level support services include:

  • Support for highly complex projects and technical issues

  • Advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and management of networks and systems

  • Identifying and implementing valuable infrastructure improvements to existing systems

  • IT leadership, planning and consultancy
